(2) What colors and media are used in MAG calligraphy decoration? This study uses field research methods with observation and indepth interviews. The results of this study are that the types of khat used in mosque decoration are Thuluth Jaly khat and Kufi Fatimi khat. There are four types of media used, namely: mattress, glass, wood and cement. The color used for Arabic calligraphy writing is gold, color background tends to be darker, such as dark green, brown and black.
